Payment Terms
Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required to secure booking for most services
Final Payment
Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other specified methods
Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees
Prices are subject to change without notice. All quoted prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified.
Warranties and Service Guarantees
We strive to provide high-quality marine services and stand behind our work:
- Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion date
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials used
- Our guarantee does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear
- Any warranty claim must be reported to us promptly
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALAZAR MARINE WORK LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our website
- Any content obtained from our website
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable service.
